As we continue on this transformative journey, I’m excited to provide you with a personalized home practice that will nurture your growth and self-discovery until our next session. This practice is designed to empower you, promote self-awareness, and support your journey towards authentic connection and emotional well-being. Remember, consistency and self-compassion are key as you engage in these exercises.

Self-Compassion Journaling: Set aside dedicated time for journaling sessions, ideally in the evening or whenever you find yourself in a reflective mood. Write about your experiences, emotions, and insights. Explore moments when you’ve shown empathy and understanding towards others, considering how these experiences align with your natural ability to connect. As you reflect, delve into any patterns you’ve recognized – moments when you’ve prioritized others over yourself or suppressed your own needs. Be kind to yourself as you uncover these patterns, understanding that they are opportunities for growth. Use journaling as a safe space to express your emotions and thoughts authentically.

Boundary Setting Practice: Start with small steps in setting boundaries during your daily interactions. Begin by expressing your preferences in everyday situations. For instance, if someone asks for your opinion on something, provide an honest response that reflects your true thoughts.
